Asia'h Epperson to Sing the National Anthem

On Friday night Asia'h Epperson will kick off the festivities at Hammons Field by singing the national anthem before the game between the Spingfield Cardinals and the St. Louis Cardinals.

She is excited about performing live in front of the community.

Asia'h Epperson was a contestant on season seven, currently in progress, of American Idol. She was eliminated on and did not make it to the final twelve.

While on the show, she was know for tackling power ballads and not shying away from songs previously made famous by divas such as Whitney Houston and Celine Dion. Asia'h Epperson grew up and currently lives in Joplin.
